This informal session is perfect for beginners or anyone curious about aromatherapy and natural wellbeing. You’ll have the opportunity to smell, see and learn about essential oils, explore their aromas, and discover the many ways they can be used to support everyday wellbeing — all in a friendly, welcoming environment.
